The Double fronted ground floor has a traditional parlour and snug to one side of the hall and a spacious dining room and separate kitchen to the other side.
On Climbing the stairs past the stained glass widow on the half landing the first floor comprises two master bedrooms and a third twin sized bedroom and the family bathroom.
The upper floor of the house is only used for storage and comprises two attic bedrooms accessed via a winding stairway.
Outside, there is a parking area to the front of the house with enclosed gardens to the side and rear with garden furniture.
To the rear if the house is an old workshop which is available for the secure storage of bicycles etc..
The Cottage is ideally situated for a wide range of activities including walking, from easy to very challenging, interesting drives, golf, salmon and trout (proper) fishing, mountain biking, owl centre and castle, gardens to visit, steam railway, visits to historic sites, bird watching, photography etc..
